PROPERTY OWNER ASSOCIATIONS

For over twenty years, the Firm has represented property owner associations in all of their legal needs. Full time staff is dedicated to the collection of overdue association assessments, removing the burden of the collection process from association volunteers or management companies. In addition, the Firm will work with associations in enforcement of deed restrictions, contract negotiations, and other daily legal activities while providing regular updates to board members.

The Firm has a unique contingency fee program by which associations can reduce legal fees and shift collection costs to delinquent property owners.
